"This is my favorite hotel on this trip to Ireland, it was luxurious, a big Jacuzzi tub, great food, so many restaurants within walking distance, that were just excellent, across from the outlet mall, walking distance to the main shopping district, and the room itself was such great bedding, and so quiet, I slept 12 hours without being woken up!"

the hotel is right in the middle of everything, convenient.
The room, though, was a bit of a letdown. It felt small and was surprisingly hot. the promised gourmet meal turned out to be the same menu as everyone else got. i suppose the word 'gourmet' means something different here.

I was a bit let down by a couple of things. the fitness center was smaller than i anticipated. It only had a few pieces of equipment. the selection was pretty limited. also, the breakfast buffet, while extensive, seemed to focus more on quantity than quality. some of the hot items were lukewarm and tasted rather bland.

i noticed the corridors looked a bit narrow, potentially inconvenient during peak times.

i have been coming here for over ten years. the staff are great at their jobs, taking care of this lovely place. it feels like i am with family. i cannot wait to come back soon. this is a special place in my heart.
one time, the night porter acted rude when i returned. i forgot my room number and gave my name. he laughed at me and spoke in another language with a colleague. i felt uncomfortable and the porter needs better training.
